The 36th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence took place as a virtual event from 22 February to 1 March 2022. It is one of the most important international conferences on Artificial Intelligence. IML contributed an abstract that was presented by Dr. Mareike Hartmann and Aliki Anagnostopoulou in the workshop Interactive Machine Learning. The workshop included three invited talks, which centered around explainability and interpretability in Artificial Intelligence. Those aspects are also part of the XAINES project. The speakers of the invited talks were Andreas Holzinger (Medical University Graz), Cynthia Rudin (Duke University), and Simone Stumpf (University of Glasgow).
